Ristorante Afazenda — Restaurant in Torreglia

Portions small but it is the way many other restaurants seems to be going these days so they are not unique to this phenomenon. I am sure they will blame inflation, everyone else does.

At the end the bill came at 290 euros which we asked to split in two credit cards. Somehow we ended up been charged 180 in one and 125 on the other. Creative math?

I used to go to this place more often in the past but I think I will skip going forward given the portions have reduced significantly and the bill seem to be as creative as their attempt to go “gourmet”

Scortesi e poco chiari. Siamo stati venerdi 1 novembre 2019 a pranzo in 11 persone, prezzi esorbitanti rispetto alle porzioni, porzioni visibilmente una diversa dall'altra; pur avendo mangiato antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce siamo rimasti con fame, poco chiari quando ci hanno detto che il carpaccio di angus invece che con tartufo nero come da listino, poteva essere servito anche con tarturfo "bianco della Toscana" che è più saporito senza dirci quale sarebbe stata la differenza di prezzo.... con nostra sorpresa l'abbiamo trovato nel conto a € 30,00 ....un antipasto!!! Quando l'abbiamo fatto presente che ci sembrava un po' esagerato sono diventati molto scortesi, facendoci passare per delle persone " grette e ignoranti", il personale si è messo a chiaccherare male di noi e una cameriera ci ha aggrediti perchè secondo lei "non sappiamo quanto costa il tartufo...".
