Dachten wir versuchen das Restaurant trotz der geringen Bewertungen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten zügig bestellen, die Getränke wurden schnell serviert, ebenso unsere Vorspeisen….dann kam länger nichts und als uns die 2 Pizzen gebracht wurden waren wir etwas irritiert Abel leider auch hungrig, gleich angeschnitten und probiert, lecker waren sie, aber leider die falschen. Nunja war auch bissl unsere Schuld, etwas später wären die richtigen gekommen, Rechnung wurde sofort korrigiert und so dachten wir, gibt ne zweite Chance. Gestern noch einmal hingegangen, und wieder wurden wir freundlich empfangen, schnell ne Flasche Wein und Wasser bestellt, alles wurde wieder schnell und freundlich serviert, und diesmal kamen unsere leckeren Pizzen auch zu uns. Das Essen, der Wein wie auch der Service waren super. Lediglich das Personal an der innen liegenden Kasse könnte deutlich mehr Freundlichkeit zeigen, am ersten Abend war eine ältere Dame dort zu abkassieren hatte aber irgendwie mit allen anderen rumlungernde zu tun als sich uns zu widmen, gestern saß ein sehr korpulenter junger Mann dort der vor seinem Handy zu schlafen schien, habe mal an seine Scheibe geklopft, wach war er wohl hatte nur keine Lust was zu machen oder gehörte dort nicht hin, er hat kurz zu mir aufgesehen und dann im Handy weiter gescrollt, inzwischen kam eine Bedienung die mich dann auch soweit abkassiert hat, Platz hatte sie ja kaum….also drinnen müssen sie unbedingt was machen, denn dies ist der letzte Moment im Lokal und der hat mir beide Male gar nicht gefallen, da kann sich das Personal draußen noch so anstrengen.

Io e 4 amici siamo arrivati al locale alle 22.00 e siamo stati accolti nonostante non avessimo una prenotazione e abbiamo ordinato 5 pizze. Abbiamo mangiato dopo 45 minuti di attesa senza neanche un check o un chiarimento da parte del personale di sala. La qualità delle pizze era pessima, nel nostro caso. La mia pizza caprese dal costo di €7, aveva le dimensioni di una pizza ridotta ed era cruda, motivo per cui l’ho lasciata a metà. Vi allego le foto per contesto, specificando che odio lasciare recensioni negative e che non sono solita farlo. Durante la nostra vacanza ad Arbatax abbiamo scelto ristoranti e pizzerie tramite le recensioni di Google Maps, quindi spero che la mia possa essere d’aiuto. Il fatto che alla cassa propongano uno sconto del 20% a chiunque lasci una recensione a 5 stelle, vi può dare un’indicazione chiara del posto in cui state andando.

Bel ristorante curato nei dettagli, lo staff gentilissimo e molto molto professionale. Ottimo cibo di mare, il pesce viene presentato al tavolo per scegliere il pezzo desiderato. Ottima Atmosfera sul porto di Arbatax. Sfortunatamente la pizza ci ha distrutto. Su 5 di noi che hanno ordinato 3 sono stati male e due hanno bevuto acqua tutta la notte. Inoltre i prezzi mi sembrano un tantino eccessivi. Una maggiorazione di 3,5 euro per una gigante. In 5 per pizza e bibita 92 euro è un tantino troppo. Peccato perché il locale è davvero bello. Ma la pizza è da rivedere leggermente. Inoltre chiederei ad alcuni clienti cafoni di non usare le tazzine da caffè come posacenere.

SCAM WARNING: asked the waiter more explanation about a pasta from the menu and he explained it was for two people as it comes with fish. So ok, as we were with two, we thought the price will just double as it was for two. BUT when the bill came, the price QUADRUPLED!!! Asked the manager about this incorrect bill and she said we ordered a fish on top of the pasta. And per usual, they charge the fish per weight and give you a portion that could solve a famine! So waiter came in the discussion and asked if we thought that the fish he suggested was going to be included in the pasta. Manager told us that the menu we got is our responsibility to read everything. Although the waiter didn’t mention a word about the fish being a separate dish! good but not outstanding. we reserved a table inside because of the mosquitos. Do not really if that is necessary but just in case. The menu is mainly fish. We really liked the hors d'oevres especially the six different fish style for two. Best choice of the evening. The kids had the pizza caprese, they were not that excited but I guess they have to adjust to italian style. I did something wrong and ordered the entrecote with pepper. It drained in a peppersauce. Too much is also a thing. Maybe serve it on the side or in a bowl. Prices are a point on every review. It looks like customers are really upset about the new pricing after covid and the war in Ukraine. I have no opinion about that one. I guess we will find out what customers and restaurants want to ask and pay for good food. This was a little overpriced in my opinion. But after all a good spot to enjoy...

AVOID - They have stolen my husband and I. We ordered a dish called fregule, they delivered another dish (fish and fregule) and charged for 1kg of fish WE HAVE NEVER ORDERED, we though fregula was a dish but seems like they do this “fish trick” with everyone - we could hear them doing the same on the next table. Extremely aggressive people, They even coerced us, called us stealers? - they steal and they revert this to the client, have never seen such a thing - very unprofessional place. Go to the other side by the Marina Di Arbatax restaurant - much better, a classy restaurant.
