@MichelinGuide take note! This place makes you feel like you've been invited into someone's home, rather than just another customer. The owners treat you with such authentic warmth and trust. One of the owners pulled up a stool while taking our order, as we navigated the language barrier. They handle dietary restrictions beautifully, making everyone feel equally welcome and cared for. No one gets treated like an afterthought here. What really sets this place apart is how they create this incredible sense of community. The whole room buzzes with connection. You find yourself smiling at other diners, feeling part of something bigger than just your own table. The food is excellent, from soup to wooden slide-top boxes of nuts & jugs of Lemon and Meloncello, but it's the feeling of being truly welcomed that stays with you. You will be reminded of what genuine hospitality looks like. This is the kind of place that creates faith in people - and in Italy. You'll feel like family from the moment...
Read moreUnbelievable. Just absolutely incredible. The chef is a sweetheart and came out many many times to chat and share his passion about food with us. The food was incomparable. Heaven on earth is the closest way to describe the experience we shared here. From our first bites to the very last- each taste was exceptional. You can tell that the chef loves his community and the culinary traditions.
I will sing praises to everyone about what a can't miss dining experience this is. This was one of my best culinary experiences and definitely the most memorable. This place has it all. A total package.
The serving staff, especially our beautiful and sweet waitress were exceptional. She made us feel like family. Her energy was contagious and she had a deep ability to anticipate our needs and spoke english beautifully! I believe her name was Alaviaa... She was so good with our stubborn kids and older parents. Such a beautiful person. She could do many professions...
Read moreTrust me. This place is phenomenal. Chef speaks English, staff are so kind and American friendly. The food is INCREDIBLE. We told the chef bring us whatever he recommended and for the 3 of us just the appetizers alone filled the ENTIRE TABLE. The chef made us a taster plate of pasta so we could try everything out and the gardener was bringing in the fresh produce as we sat. They even brought us a few fresh from the garden tomatoes and a full bouquet of squash blossoms for us to enjoy on the table. The house white wine is fruity and refreshing, the polpettine genovese were TO DIE FOR, and the food is just too notch rustic italian fare. The restaurant is beautiful and modern, reminiscent of farm to table style restaurants in California even, and i highly recommend letting the chef prepare your meal from their recommendations for your first time. A bit of a windy trek from support site base but SO worth checking out. Will be bringing all of our...
