It was okay, nothing special. Without a reservation we were only allowed to sit inside. There were plenty of empty seats outside on the terrace and even upstairs visible from outside, but when we asked we were told it was not possible to sit there (which is the main reason to come).

The food was mediocre and a bit expensive. We originally tried to order pizzas but after deciding they told us they did not have pizza - this was not written anywhere on the menu.

The tagliatelle with deer ragu tasted okay but nothing special. I wouldn’t have guessed it was deer if it wasn’t written on the menu, would have assumed a bolognese.

The bucatini with octopus was too salty, but the bigger issue was that in a €16 plate of pasta we only found 2 tiny pieces of octopus. When we asked the male waiter if it was an accident and to have some additional pieces, he actually tried to convince us this was normal because it is a ragu! Then he walked away and did not return. After we waited for a while to see if he would come back, another female waiter noticed we weren’t eating and asked what was wrong, and then brought us a bowl with a few more pieces of octopus.

The rest of the service was okay, but they are clearly understaffed. A huge queue to pay the bill too so we almost missed our tram. Overall it was okay but nothing special. If I got a few sandwiches to eat on a bench I would have probably...

Beautiful restaurant located on top of Superga hill, perfect for a calm night with good weather to enjoy a mesmerizing view from their rooftop terrace. I honestly don't get the amount of negative reviews in the service, but for me that was a special dinner outing that won't be easy to forget.

Their menu is huge with various types of food, so if you are a picky eater, you will sure find something that you'll enjoy. For starters we tried the Vitello Tonnato, perfectly tender and sauce was creamy and not fishy. I also found the Caponata to be very tasty, sauce has a silky texture and very rich in spices and those olives on top, just compliments the dish perfectly.

For mains, everyone got something different, whether a pizza or a hamburger or in my case trying Grissonopoli for the 1st time, I like the taste a lot, is very different from a classic cotoletta, but I didn't like the way it was served, all cut down and not whole. The pizzas were all made with very fresh and high quality ingredients. What also intrigued me in the menu was the 1.2kg Tomhawak steak, it seemed like a really good deal for the price, but unfortunately there was no way to try everything at once, so...
