Trattoria Fratelli Bravo — Restaurant in Turin

Very good restaurant, It is my personal favorite. Here is why:

The Pasta with the tomato sauce was very good, I felt like I was in heaven because the taste of the tomato melted in my mouth, and there were a lot of cheese on the top. Perfectly cooked, 10/10

The tiramisu was good and with the chocolate at the top, 10/10

The price was cheap for a person, and the food was for the value 10/10

We called to then to get a seat but they had not seat for us, we had to wait 2 days to get here, and it was a good experience, 7,5/10

I have not forgot that the service was TOP

Ci hanno invitato a una cena in questo ristorante , stile trattoria, che esponeva un menù degustazione da 43 € con una buona selezione di piatti e una carta abbastanza interessante e non troppo prolissa. Ambiente carino che ricorda una trattoria tipica anche se il servizio, la mise en place, e l'elaborazione dei piatti sobo da ristorante. La carta dei vini molto ampia, con numerose bottiglia previste e cantine rinomate, ma comunque con una scelta che può soddisfare ogni gusto e budget . Venendo da un posto di mare ho preferito evitare i piatti con pesce anche se sulla carta non sembravano male, ma a Torino non potevo evitare di assaggiare qualche cosadi più autoctono. Per questo l scelta è caduta su un antipasto di carne cruda, battuta di manzo con un a crema di tartufo e la famosissima salsiccia di Bra, che é carne sempre di bovino con grasso di maiale insaccato. Piatto molto buono, ho preferito tra le due la battuta ma comunque anche la salsiccia era ottima. Abbiamo ordinato anche un vitello tonnato con nocciole, buono ma mi aspettavo qualche cosa in più . A seguire, due primi, ravioli del plin di brasato con fondo di arrosto e spaghetti alla chitarra con salsiccia, buoni entrambi ma i plin li ho preferiti, spaghetti forse mo sarei aspettato qualche cosa in più. In ultimo, un tiramisù buono ma nella norma Vino ordinato barbera d'alba superiore , arrivato decisamente caldo, ma subito risolto con una camicia fredda usata per poco tempo . I can only give this 5 stars, but if i could i would give it beyond infinity stars. The food was The best that i've ever tasted, the dessert was excellent. The staff also paid a lot of antention to every guest there was. I'll definetly go eat here again no matter what, and I'll also recommend others to eat here.
