4.3 overall (5/5 food, 4/5 service, 4/5 atmosphere). Great food! We had a good mixture of crudite, fried calamari and the spaghetti with bottarga. The food was great! Super delicious and enitrely cleaned each plate. Wine list also had a good selection of local wi es. Service also started out great. We did not make reservation but managed to find seating towards the allyway. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Towards the end of the night it got a little hectic with plenty of people (which is great!) But we were left for quite awhile - as what looked like family friends/locals arrived and receieved attention. We ended up getting up to pay so as to vacate the space. We ordered the steak and it was pretty average. We had to ask for steak knives as we couldn’t cut through it The service to be honest it was pretty disappointing. I think it is fair to say it is really just a fish restaurant. We waited at the table and motioned for the bill, but no one came so after 10 mins we got up from the table and went into the restaurant and stood by the till. It was clear that this place was understaffed. They said one moment but we had to stand and wait another 10 minutes in the end I walked off down the street to have a look at some shops while we waited and then finally they came and we could pay. Non potendo indicare lo zero, devo necessariamente optare per una stellina, cioè il minimo. Siamo state accolte (dopo preventiva prenotazione) con un : “e queste chi sono?!… ma, hanno prenotato?!” poi in modo sgarbato, hanno precisato che, data la pioggia, ci avrebbero trovato una sistemazione di emergenza (una pioggia lieve, non certo una bufera!). Ci hanno sistemato in un piccolo tavolino dove io non potevo muovermi, una volta “accomodata” in quanto avevo una fioriera accanto che mi impediva di mettere entrambe le gambe sotto il tavolo. Location deludente, un antipasto di pesce che doveva essere per 3 persone, ma ci hanno presentato delle “ostie” di pesce accompagnate da fettine sottoli di frutta. Non c’erano tutte le pietanze indicate sul menu (niente spaghetti alle vongole) in un giorno in cui si doveva prevedere una ampia scelta di cibi visto che si trattava di ferragosto.La fascia di prezzo tendenzialmente indicata non corrisponde ne alla qualità ne alla quantità di cio che abbiamo mangiato ( range indicato, prezzo medio 20 euro a fronte dei 47 pagati a testa), in piu ci e stato intimato di pagare in contanti e prospettato uno sconto e che non volevano altri mezzi di pagamento, ma alla fine, dopo nostra insistenza, hanno accettato la carta di credito. Consiglio vivamente a chi dovrebbe offrire ai clienti, oltre a buon cibo, anche cortesia ed educazione. Noi avevamo prenotato in anticipo, non è stata un’ improvvisata ma il servizio offerto è stato alquanto deludente, e non sì puo certo imputare a due gocce di pioggia! gli eventi atmosferici non dovrebbero causare disagi, visto che possono capitare, probabilmente l’organizzazione è carente anche in questo, oltre a non aver disponibilità nemmeno del vino locale, oltre a pietanze indicate nel menu . Anche noi lavoriamo a contatto con il pubblico ma non ci permettiamo di trattare i clienti in modo sgarbato, visto che ci permettono di ottenere uno stipendio a fine mese… dovreste esser voi più rilassati e cortesi… ci guadagnereste di sicuro: del Buon pesce locale si trova anche altrove, la cortesia purtroppo...
