Went back again after the refurbishment and the food is still good but … what did they do???? The layout of the eating area looks like a disco club … No more cosy tables for conversation just an open space… very noisy (and it was at lunch time imagine when is packed with birthday parties or weekends!). Another change is the menù on a tablet… but not good design… I am still struggling with the photos of the menu and what comes in front of you. Place looked nice, clean and modern. Staff were friendly. Didn't go for the buffet today and settled for the ramen, which was a let down. Il locale è posto al primo piano dell’edificio, si gode una bella vista sulla Garfagnana. È arredato un po’ come tutti i locali di questo tipo: grandi spazi, alcuni tavoli con poltroncine, carte da parati, il tutto gradevole. Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo con menù ridotto rispetto alla cena. Di solito in questi ristoranti ordino i gunkan perché non gradisco l’alga nori; qui li hanno realizzati tutti con questa alga all’esterno (evidentemente costa meno) disdicevoli al gusto. La tartare salmone avocado e mango, mancava appunto dei vegetali, ci è stato detto che la fanno completa la sera 😳(fate 2 menù dettagliati!). Insomma questo menù era un po’ a loro libera interpretazione. il resto non era male come qualità.
