Our family visited MikEle in Maranello for lunch without a reservation a week ago, and we were warmly welcomed by the staff who went out of their way to offer us a table. From the very beginning, the service was incredibly polite and friendly — true professionalism in every detail!

We were even offered a complimentary glass of champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and beautifully presented. Prices were also very fair for the quality and experience we received.

Very disappointed with the service. We needed to ask 3 times to bring us a bottle of water. Then we asked if we can alter a dish slightly they refused. It took 40 min for our main course to arrive. When we asked the waiter about why it was taking so long he was quite rude and kept saying 'it's coming, it's coming". Had a truly fantastic experience at MikEle. The atmosphere is stylish and welcoming, and the food was outstanding—I ate the best seared tuna I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in Asia for years, so that’s saying something.

I was dining alone but ended up having lovely conversations with the owner and his family, who made me feel genuinely welcome. Service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and professional throughout.
