Service atrocious. It's as if the staff don't want to serve customers or create a welcoming atmosphere. They were almost avoidant and no one individual appeared to be in charge or taking responsibility. We waited 25 minutes before being offered menus or asked for drinks, all while sitting underneath an enormous TV that all of the staff were watching the football on instead of working. After waving someone over to take our order we then waited 50 minutes for our pizza to arrive. These were perfectly good pizzas but in the atmosphere and with the non-existent service it was not enjoyable. I have ordered il manzo di pozza for my son, allergic to milk and eggs; the menu doesn't mention milk as allergen and I also asked when ordering. The plate came with shaved parmesan, I was said it's 36 months old and it's ok for allergic people (incorrect).
