Betulia — Restaurant in Unione dei Comuni Valdichiana Senese

I was passing through and looking for a great Tuscan Ristorante for lunch - and this is where I found it! Great crostini misti for starters (with the classic Tuscan chicken paté, ragu and vitello tonnato I think) and the Pici with ragu (Tuscan style without tomato) were really awesome. If you want to eat real Tuscan food at a reasonable price, this is the place for you. The menu looked great as did the set menus. Unfortunately I was only there for lunch. Very friendly...

We had dinner twice in this typical Italian restaurant, in September 2021, during our stay in Bettolle. The place was not busy both times, but the plates we had were fresh and perfectly cooked! Price/quality wise this restaurant is more than ok… (the pastas were great!) also what drinks and wines are concerned! The staff is very friendly and helpful, not pushy. It’s strange that they are closed...

Ci siamo fermati a fare una sosta durante il viaggio di rientro in Lombardia. Abbiamo cercato su internet e è uscito fuori questo ristorantino comodo proprio vicino (3min) all’uscita autostradale in zona Betolle. Ci hanno subito fatto sedere è preso le ordinazioni. Io ho preso il menu degustazione mentre mia moglie ha ordinato alla carta. Gli antipasti un mix di affettati toscani e crostini, buonissimi specialmente il classico cn il fegato ne avrei mangiati altri 10, ma veramente tutto buono e saporito, per primo abbiamo avuto i pici io al ragù e mia moglie al ragù dell’aia erano deliziosi veramente tant’è che abbiamo fatto la scarpetta per pulire il piatto dal sugo e dalla carne che era pieno! Poi come secondo io tagliata e mia moglie bistecca, cotte alla perfezione e dal sapore inimitabile che solo la chianina ti sa dare, poi ci è stato portato del pecorino cn una congettura di more decisamente un abbinamento perfetto. Prezzo giusto in 2 60€ per quello che...
