You need to go here. We have been in Italy for a month on vacation. Have had many meals off lists of the best local places, but this was our best meal in Italy. Happened to come across Novencento by luck after a few others were closed. We called to make sure they were open. They said yes but we were the only ones and we are sure they opened up just for us. Every dish was to die for. The tortelloni was filled with a Parmesan sauce that was absolutely amazing. The lasagna had cheese that was oozing out of the many layers of pasta and meat. We even had a local beer that was a very good hazy IPA (which is hard to find in Italy). Four plates of pasta, four drinks, one dessert for 80 euro and it was so good we were ready for it to cost much more. Absolutely one of the best dinner I had in Italy, Totally a home feeling as the owner and Siham made us feel very welcome. They were amazing in helping with the wine decision and amazing dishes made by the chef which is actually the wife of the owner. Do not expect a fancy menu for the wine and food as they make their food with the best available ingredient of the day. We called late on a Sunday evening when everywhere else was closed, the owner was so accommodating to us, and made us feel very welcome.
