You need to go here. We have been in Italy for a month on vacation. Have had many meals off lists of the best local places, but this was our best meal in Italy. Happened to come across Novencento by luck after a few others were closed. We called to make sure they were open. They said yes but we were the only ones and we are sure they opened up just for us. Every dish was to die for. The tortelloni was filled with a Parmesan sauce that was absolutely amazing. The lasagna had cheese that was oozing out of the many layers of pasta and meat. We even had a local beer that was a very good hazy IPA (which is hard to find in Italy).
