Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered a “tigellona” with pulled pork and completely lost my appetite; while eating, I felt hairs in my mouth, had to spit out the bite, and it was clearly hairy. The hairs weren’t even visible beforehand, which made it even more unpleasant. A friend of mine who was with me found a piece of bone in his sandwich, so this was clearly not an isolated case.

We also ordered a platter of cold cuts and cheeses, but it was served on a small plate, nothing like what is shown in the photos online, forget the abundant and well-presented board advertised. The photos on Google Maps are misleading and do not reflect the actual food served.

The prices are outrageously high compared to the quality offered.

The staff was average, but what truly shocked me was reading the owner’s responses to negative reviews: arrogant, sarcastic, and dismissive, treating customers like idiots rather than people simply sharing their honest experience. That alone says a lot about how guests are treated.

Looking more closely at the reviews, I noticed two things: there’s a clear pattern of complaints about poor quality, high prices, and bad service; many of the positive reviews seem anything but genuine , they read like they were written by friends or relatives of the owners, which explains the big gap between expectations and reality.

Yes, the place looks nice but that’s the only positive thing I can say.

5 stars to the location, 5 stars to the view, 5 stars to the food, 5 stars to the wine and 5 stars to the service. 1 star for the parking... I came all the way from Germany just to have those ribs again. Dont get me wrong all the other food is a 10/10, but this rib qualityis simply nowhere (!!) to be found in the whole of Europe.

Other than that incredibly gentile and welcoming personnel. The view simply incredible and just that paired with the in-house made wines is already worth any long distance travel.
