LA TRAMONTERIA - Pizze, Cucina e Tramonti — Restaurant in Unione Rubicone e mare

We (2 persons) came on a workday without reservation around 7pm. We got from the beginning on the feeling not to be welcomed. Even if the restaurant was half full we were places at the very end of the terrace which was literally the smoking spot for the other guests close to the parking area. When we asked to get a different place that was not so much exposed to the smell, we got told that no other seats are available. I have to mentioned here again, that during our entire stay there were enough free places available... Constantly. Also I had after a while to reach out to a service person to tell them we like to order. They simply ignored us before. I do not know where that treatment by the staff was coming from. We were well dressed and polite. I hope it has nothing to do that I do not speak Italian or my girlfriend is black. Anyhow, the pizza was ok but not a wow. I personally would avoid going there a second time nor I can recommend the place. Good and friendly service counts for me into the experience... Here the restaurant failed...

Una settimana fa siamo passati per caso, affascinati dal panorama, ci siamo fermati per un' APERITIVO in 2. Vista spettacolare su tutta la riviera, cordialità, e buon cibo......🤔per 2😅😅. Ci siamo ritornati di proposito con mia figlia grande. Abbiamo preso uno spritz, un prosecco e mia figlia non gradendo i primi due, una coca. Ci hanno portato lo stesso identico tagliere e una rotolo di pizza ( 🤭quello come la settimana prima, quando eravamo in 2). Dopo un po', non soddisfatti abbiamo chiesto al cameriere di portarci qualcos'altro, optando alla fine, per una pizza da dividere. Non avendo il menù, non sappevamo come chiamano li: prosciutto pomodorini rucola e grana, MA.... anche il cameriere ha ammesso di non sapere ancora a memoria i nomi delle pizze e sulla comanda ha scritto singolarmente: prosciutto crudo, pomodorini, rucola, grana. Bene!!!!!!! Scontrino : 3 aperitivi ....21€ 😜( mi sembravano 2 + coca) pizza10€ 😜(Così divisa prosciutto crudo 6.50€ pomodorini 1 EUR rucola 1 EUR grana a scaglie 1.50 EUR) 3 coperti 4.50€ 😜😜( Per averci cambiato i piatti piccoli dell'aperitivo con quelli da pizza, ......." ma dovevamo dividerla"🤪 come il rotolo precedente.) Alla fine 35.50 🤔😅😅

Pazienza e senza discutere,😁..... buona la pizza, cortesia, panorama spettacolare.....Prezzi🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐 MA .....il passaparola (Mia figlia l'ha bocciato) non sarà proprio positivo 🤗🤗.

P.s.:Era meglio leggere il Menu e prendere 3 pizze, 3 birre e forse qualcos'altro per...

Delicious pizza, in a charming little restaurant. We opted for takeaway and the order was ready within minutes. The restaurant itself has lovely views across to the ocean in the distance, but can get quite busy with large groups of people. Staff are helpful bearing in mind how busy it can be, so some delays in service or attention is to be expected. Worth a visit if you're craving some thin-crust wood-fired...
