Allora, devo fare una premessa. Mi trovavo per lavoro in zona Agira e su google maps ho trovato questa trattoria a 15 km con delle ottime recensioni e ci sono andato a pranzo. Le 2 ragazze sono di una cordialità enorme e la signorina che è dietro il bancone ha SEMPRE il sorriso pronto e gratis per tutti...solo per questo già potrei terminare la mia recensione. L'ambiente...sinceramente andrebbe un pochino rivisitato e pulito, le pietanze che offrono sono un po limitate ma i prodotti sono buoni e ben cucinati. Purtroppo i rigatoni con broccoli e salsiccia, chi li ha cucinati ha dimenticato di mettere il sale, sia la pasta, sia il broccolo siciliano erano molto sciapi. Ma è un errore...

En séjour à Valguarnera pour un retour aux sources, nous y avons été déjeuner un midi avec mon frère et mes sœurs. Nous y avons été accueillis merveilleusement. Nous avions pour habitude d'y acheter de quoi manger sur le pouce mais nous n'avions jamais mangé sur place. Ce fut une très belle expérience culinaire. Le personnel est fort agréable. La patronne parle très bien français. Ils tiennent cette trattoria en famille. Nous avons mangé des produits de très bonne qualité. Comme à l'ancienne... Nous y reviendrons et nous continuerons à acheter à emporter aussi. Leur poulet est délicieux et bien cuisiné, aussi. Merci encore de nous avoir remémorer le goût des bonnes...
