Fishing Club Cervinia — Restaurant in Valtournenche

Amazing fishing experience with the view of Matterhorn. For the experience I gave 4 stars. The waitresses are very friendly and offered fishing tools for free. Then 20 euros to cook the whole fish. However I highly suspected the one they cooked for us was not the one we caught. It was much smaller than the one we got. When I left the freshly caught fish there in the corner for cleaning, the guy was smoking and he didn’t start cleaning it for a while. And I didn’t see him bring the fish to the grill. We sat down at the table, and 5 minutes later the fish is ready to eat. It is too fast to get our fish cleaned and grilled it properly. So I doubt that they just used the fish they had in stock for us. The fish we ate was good but got the feeling of not honest. In addition when I asked to keep the head of the fish, they refused. Il Fishing Club di Cervinia è un posto davvero speciale, dove si respira un’atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare la ragazza che gestisce i tavoli, sempre sorridente e attenta ai clienti. La location è splendida: stare all’aperto, circondati dalla natura e con vista sulle montagne, è un piacere che rende il pasto ancora più gradevole.

Oltre a mangiare, qui si può anche pescare, il che lo rende un luogo perfetto per trascorrere qualche ora in modo diverso e divertente. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la qualità è ottima: noi abbiamo preso pizza e panzerotti, entrambi deliziosi, ben cotti e con ingredienti freschi.

Un locale che unisce buon cibo, cordialità e un contesto naturale meraviglioso: assolutamente consigliato sia per chi vuole rilassarsi sia per chi cerca un’esperienza un po’...

Beautiful place with amazing views of Matterhorn where you can relax and enjoy. Variety of food options (even vegan burger), but there's definitely room for improvement regarding the taste and presentation. Also a bit pricey but...
