Location: nel pieno centro di Varazze (budello). Internamente il locale si presenta pulito, non denota particolari caratteristiche, ma i colori chiari illuminano adeguatamente gli spazi. Il dehor fuori è curato e c'è il giusto spazio tra un tavolo e l'altro. Staff: cortese, gentile, squisitamente educato, discreto anche nella consegna delle portate. Cibo: la cucina è principalmente di pesce, ho apprezzato i gusti decisi, ma mai esagerati, non c'erano sapori che prevaricavano o camuffavano. Tutti i condimenti incastrati egregiamente. Ottima cottura e buonissima materia prima. Le porzioni giuste, quasi abbondanti, ma il cibo è talmente buono che arrivi alla fine senza accorgertene. Prezzo: adeguato, puoi finalmente mangiare senza aver paura di incorrere in una rapina a mano armata. Dolci: 5€ meritatissimi. Freschi e dai gusti particolari. Offrono veri dolci napoletani.. We were able to dine at this fine establishment several times. the services was outstanding, the server took time to explain the dishes to us and they are also Vegan Friendly, which worked for my daughter in law, who has some issue with dairy,. The food is made fresh every day. The quality and presentation of the food is that of a more expensive restaurant. The taste was outstanding, My son had to have a pesto dish each time we came by. Locale informale per famiglie non. Il ristorante offre la possibilità di mangiare all’interno (con aria condizionata) o all’esterno. Il menù è abbastanza fornito offrendo opzioni anche vegane e vegetariane. Si può se no optare per il menù del giorno dove con 20€ ti viene portato un primo, un secondo, un dolce, bere e caffè. I piatti sono abbondanti e nei casi dei primi anche conditi tanto se si sceglie un primo a base di pesce. Il fritto misto di pesce al palato è molto leggero e facile da digerire. Il mangiare è davvero buono e i prezzi sono molto contenuti per essere a varazze quindi qualità-prezzo azzeccatissimi. ho trovato strano tre cose: la prima, non fanno la pizza in questo periodo perché il pizzaiolo è infortunato (?) non capisco non se ne può prendere un altro? La seconda, ho chiesto i fagottini di ricotta con sfoglia al basilico 🌿 e mi è stato risposto che non erano stati consegnati, abbiamo chiesto dei dolci e anche lì ci risponde che non ne sono molto forniti perché non gli sono stati consegnati.
