We found this place on a Google and went there seeing good reviews. From the time we came there we felt unwelcomed with an attitude of a waiter (a young man), who told us to see what they have left inside first. When we entered the manager (?) told us to sit and waiter would come to serve us when we told him that we were referred by a waiter. Why can't a waiter first prepare a table for 4 of us with a warm welcoming, smile and tell us what they have?! Therefore I rate this servie as 1. At the end all matters (food, location, service), but service and attitude are the most.

Food was ok, but the taste was ruined with a bitterness of the service. If you want to have your business flourishing, learn how to better treat...

After the good ratings we decided to visit Al Banky during our trip to Burano. We took there one aperol each and split at one grilled shrimp, grilled cuttlefish and a small plate of fried seafood.

The grilled shrimp and cuttlefish was good. But a little small portion. The small plate of fries seafood was more price worthy and exceptional good and perfectly balanced with salt. Maybe the best fried seafood I have eaten🙌🏾 So good that we ordered another one when we finished the first one, so don’t forget to order that one👌🏾

I have no understanding of why they have been given such high reviews other than perhaps they have a lot of friends.

The one thing that I would say to their credit is that I don't think that we will be sick from eating their food.

...if your rating was a 3.2 instead of a 4.8 it would make more sense to me. We eat in a lot of restaurants and we rely on the rating system when making our choice. For me I don't understand how you have such a high rating.
