Le Volte — Restaurant in Verbania

5 starts are not enough to rate this amazing place... food is truly delicious.. there is much more then the main stream food.. you get authentic Italian dishes with meat fish and many more options.. menu has such a great variety that is hard to choose what to eat..on the wine selection there is a broad range of white and red wines to match to your meal. The restaurant inside is also fantastic...nice clean and cosy environment.. service is outstanding.. staff us truly friendly and responsive.. last but not least for all non Italian speakers, menu is in English and staff is speaking English...

We visited this lovely restaurant as a group of 7, from the UK in June 2025 and The garden setting with the vine covered pergola was really well crafted. Everyone from our group thoroughly enjoyed their main courses and deserts. The lovely attentive lady at the front of house was faultless , no request was ever a problem. I don’t write many reviews but after the quality of the food, compliments to the kitchen staff and of the service we received I felt this independent restaurant truly deserved my time and my review. la prima volta a cena è stato veramente bello, staff amichevole, cibo ottimo, tranquillo, cortile interno carino, tanto che ho deciso di tornarci. A parte per le capesante gratinate decisamente lontane dall'essere deliziose, cotte troppo, gommose e dubito siano state fresche, il resto non era male, ma purtroppo era un problema per la cameriera che mio figlio di 1 anno e mezzo non stesse immobile in silenzio e andasse a toccare una lampada di fianco al tavolo o delle statuette di legno (impossibili da rompere), durante la cena ho dovuto sentirmi dire 3 volte di dirgli di non toccare una determinata cosa che si rompe. Premesso che chi rompe paga e sono io il primo ad assicurarmi che non si faccia male, tutta quest'ansia da parte della cameriera è stata una scocciatura tale che abbiamo deciso di finire la cena a metà e prendere un altro vino e caffè da un'altra parte. Pochi mesi fa, alla prima visita, invece lo staff era simpaticissimo e il bimbo non era un problema, anzi, lo aiutavano ad esplorare le cose. Forse era una serata particolarmente stressante per lo staff o chissà quale potesse essere stata la ragione di questo clima, comunque io ho rimosso il posto dai miei preferiti e nelle prossime gite a Verbania&dintorni sarò ben felice di starne alla larga e provare...
