WOW, This was something special. Not only was this the best meal we had in Piëmonte, the experience of seeing Mirella run the kitchen and the restaurant all by herself was as impressive!

Food 10/10. Atmospere: 10/10, Mirella puts her heart and soul into everything she does, from selecting and buying the local and seasonal ingredients fresh every day to cooking and serving.

Antipasti: we had the chickpea and vegetables antipasti, which was very tasty and delicate. Primi: cheese ravioli with butter and truffle: wow, very nice tastes and very balanced, not too cheesy and not too heavy on the truffle & ravioli filled with ricotta and greens with butter and sage: very fresh taste and you can taste the love in this dish. Secondi: gnocchi with basil pesto and zucchini: simple but just amazing taste & Barbera beef stew with potato mash: full of warm flavours, very succulent beef with deep flavours Desert: Tiramisu (just perfect, not too sweet, creame andnice and nutty with some coffee flavour & Peach meringe: wow, two types of the best tasting peaches and cream with not too sweet merengue,...

La serata perfetta. Visitato la sera di venerdì 17 settembre. A volte capita, non sempre purtroppo, la cena o il pranzo perfetto. Questa, è una di quelle volte dove tutto si incastra alla perfezione, un bel locale, pari all'accoglienza ricevuta. Una "mano" in cucina, dove, oltre a padroneggiare tecnica e materie prime di qualità, infonde nei piatti tanta passione. Questo traspare nettamente nei piatti della titolare, nonché Chef di questo locale sito in Verduno, ameno e tranquillissimo paesino in Langhe. Piatti come, un favoloso gnocco (plus) con crema di parmigiano e inondato da uno scorzone a pioggia. Oppure da un tagliolino di perfetta tessitura alla salsiccia di Bra, dal sapore imponente ma di una leggerezza inaspettata, con un finale di bocca leggermente acidulo che invogliava continuamente a mangiarne. Oppure il tenerone un pezzo di manzo stracotto al vino rosso (barbera) servito su una nuvola di purea di patate. Tanto tenero da mangiarlo con un cucchiaio, anche qui sapori esplosivi senza appesantire il palato. Il tutto è stato degnamente accompagnato da un nebbiolo 2019 di Pira, vino consigliato dal Sig. Ugo che ci ha accompagnato con squisita gentilezza e competenza nel corso della serata. Prima del dessert, una deliziosa zuppa inglese rivisitata alla Piemontese, ci è stato offerto un golosissimo plateau di piccola pasticceria. Per finire, prima di una buona tazzina espressa, ho chiesto un vermouth di Cocchi riserva reale, che non avevo mai degustato prima e che ha messo uno splendido sigillo a una serata perfetta. Una cucina di tradizione, ricca e opulenta ma rivisitata ed alleggerita con maestria, senza inutili orpelli e fronzoli. Per la cronaca la Chef, Mirella era sola nella sua bella e ordinata nonché pulitissima cucina a vista, oltre che servire ai tavoli trovava qualche secondo da dedicare alla ventina di clienti presenti, cosa assolutamente da menzionare positivamente. Conto, di euro 99 (novantanove) onesto e più che adeguato alla qualità espressa dai piatti proposti. It is important to make a reservation beforehand as they are always fully booked. And for good reason!

The restaurant is run by a lovely couple that welcomes you with open arms. Such warm people.

The food is amazing. I am a vegetarian and I had lots of options or they good adapt the dish for me. Also for meat lovers the menu is super good. Lots of local dishes and even though the menu looks small you will have a hard time choosing.

Amazing wine list with lots of local wines.

Came here after being recommended by our B&B. It was a really nice dinner. We were lucky to be able to try the Tartufo bianco with some amazing pairing of appetizer and pasta. We were so full after two dishes hence only had one dessert for sharing. The chef and her colleague are friendly and warm. Highly recommended.. you do need reservation in advance as this place is always full especially in this truffle season.

The food superb, the hospitality felt more like visiting one of your best friends, the wine-selection from Chardonnays to Nebbiolos/Barbarescos/Barolos terrific and the general vibe just so special... We came twice for dinner. Whenever in the area, we will definitely come and eat at AGNULOT!

After two years we came and visited Mirella and her wonderful ristorantino again. The food superb, the hospitality felt more like visiting one of your best friends, the wine-selection from Chardonnays to Nebbiolos/Barbarescos/Barolos terrific and the general vibe just so special... We came twice for dinner. Whenever in the area, we will definitely come and eat at AGNULOT!
