Nilla Cafè — Restaurant in Verona

Terrible service. My friend and I came to this cafe to wait for our friend to finish the marathon and the owner was incredibly rude. She skipped us in the line, was giving us bad attitude, when she said she only spoke Italian we were respectfully trying to communicate what we wanted to order, trying to say it in Italian and she kept giving us a hard time and almost did not take our order. Since we got to Italy we have been very respectful of the culture and we have been trying to learn as much Italian as possible. There was no need to be rude. I would stay away from this place.

Servizio terribile. Io e il mio amico siamo venuti in questo bar per aspettare che il nostro amico finisse la maratona e il proprietario era incredibilmente scortese. Ci ha saltato la fila, ci ha dato un atteggiamento negativo, quando ha detto che parlava solo italiano stavamo rispettosamente cercando di comunicare ciò che volevamo ordinare, cercando di dirlo in italiano e lei continuava a darci del filo da torcere e quasi non ha preso il nostro ordine. Nel pre partita di Verona Roma entriamo io e mia figlia per un panino ed un caffè , vengo avvicinato da un “tifoso” che mi consiglia di cambiare bar e di andare via per il solo motivo che mia figlia minorenne avesse i pantaloncini della Roma , le bariste non hanno aperto bocca ed in compenso mi hanno servito questo toast che era immangiabile … bel locale , bei clienti e buon cibo (eufemismo) Il toast doveva costare 3,50 invece me l hanno messo 4,50...
