Read moreDa dove partire per descrivere un'esperienza del genere è davvero difficile. Innanzitutto l'accoglienza dello staff e del maître molto cordiale e spontanea. Siamo stati in questa location per una cena per due. Ci hanno messi a nostro agio e fatto accomodare in terrazza ad un tavolo vista mare sul bellissimo golfo di Napoli nella splendida cornice di Vico Equense e devo dire che già tutto ciò vale il "biglietto". Abbiamo consumato un pasto completo dagli antipastini dello chef al polpo preparato in tre modi diversi ed ad un buonissimo pesce bandiera preparato con pistacchio, rucola e patate. Abbiamo proseguito con un primo a base di seppia ed un riso con rapa rossa, blu di bufala e colatura. Per secondo abbiamo assaggiato il baccalà vesuviano glassato con il pomodoro del "piennolo"; il tutto accompagnato da un Fiano prodotto da uve coltivate sulle collinette adiacenti la struttura. Infine abbiamo concluso con un soufflè al limone ed un dolce a base di mela annurca e nocciole. Inutile dire che è stato un piacere per gli occhi, ma soprattutto il palato, tutto molto delicato e perfetti gli accostamenti. Un plauso allo chef che ha trattato con grande delicatezza le materie prime che sono state utilizzate all'interno dei piatti e che ci ha onorato della sua presenza a fine pasto.
