Exquisite food and fresh cocktails. Compliments to the chef, the maitre d' and the whole team. This restaurant is a must whether you are staying at Hotel & Resort Le Axidie or not. The restaurant is situated beach side with a great view of the beach and the bay. You also get a great breeze off the water during the hot summer months. I’ve have many limoncellos spritz in the region but this one is by far the best. They don’t use commercially available products. They make their own limoncello from scratch and you notice it immediately. The refreshing taste hits you right away and you’re left with that lingering fresh citrus taste.

The service is right on par. They pay attention to every detail and you are the most important thing. I’ve been trying to have a good caprese salad since we came to southern Italy given that it’s from the region. They make it better than I’ve ever had it here. Deliciously fresh and juicy tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella cheese, olive oil, and fresh basil. The pasta entre was also delicious. Handmade fresh pasta in a great sauce (I can’t remember exactly what the pasta or the sauce was). We finished everything off with a delicious tiramisu. Before the desert came, the chef complemented us with gelato topped off with a caramelized coconut cracker that was exquisite. He also complemented us with a coupe of wildly delicious donuts that were so soft and delicious that they melted in your mouth.

Bottom line, no matter what the occasion, you must try this restaurant whether you are staying in the hotel or just nearby. You won’t be...

Sono deluso , sono stato ospite delle axidie per 3 settimane e dell albergo nulla da dire qui sto parlando delle colazioni degli aperitivi e delle cene . Il posto è bellissimo una vista mozzafiato e si sa quando si è in vacanza non si bada a spese ma purtroppo a volte il pagar tanto non è sinonimo di professionalita . Partiamo dalla colazioni senza ombra di dubbio di qualita ma non costante troppi alti e bassi , personale poco attento svogliato , anche per richieste semplici a volte ti fanno pensare di stare dando fastidio . Ovviamente non tutti stando qui ho avuto a che fare anche con persone gradevoli . Aperitivo ,bellissimo il tramonto ma servizio lento a volte si sono dimenticati parte dell ordine altre uno spriz con sole 3 patatine ottimo per la dieta ma pensavo di iniziare a settembre . E in fine quella piu attesa da noi la cena del 15 agosto un evento pagato 85 euro accessibile a tutti , si a tutti eravamo tanti davvero tanti . Cena a isole con un po di tutto peccato che sembrava una lotta a chi mangia di piu e non una cena rilassante . Cena iniziata alle 21 e alle 22.30 tavoli svuotati si forse chiaccherare al tavolo è stata una perdita di tempo ma si sa il piacere non è solo mangiare ma anche la sana conversazione rovinata da musica troppo alta va be buonissimo l hamburgher . Ora del dolce pronti via spariti e ho fatto pure la fila al mio arrivo ho trovato frittelle e brioches da colazione davvero finito tutto eppure alle 22 passavano certi profitterol . Dai per fortuna la frutta non era di moda quella sera ci siamo rifatti . In conclusione spero sia un annata cosi cosi e l anno prossimo si ritorni...

Ignored for the first few days, as we thought it was just another hotel restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful evening we experienced! The staff was wonderful with our server describing the wines and best food pairings.

The chef was creative and made many sample dishes that were given to each table. The food was prepared in the styles of the local cuisine, which is what we had been missing in some of the other “local restaurants”.

And the View! A must be place for a sunset.
