I recently visited Hambù, seeking a good burger and beer, and I must say, the experience was a pleasant surprise. This place undoubtedly ranks among the top spots in the area for such a classic combination. While their extensive beer selection is impressive, I was particularly blown away by the exceptional quality of their brews. The beer was simply outstanding, exceeding my expectations in every way.

As for the food, the burgers were delicious, but unfortunately, the food arrived at the table warm, not hot, especially the chips.

The restaurant itself is spacious and well-designed, ideal for handling a busy service. However, during my visit on a relatively quiet Sunday, the service fell short. Despite the ample space and seemingly capable layout, the staff seemed disorganized and lacking in synchronization and enthusiasm. My father’s food arrived more than 15min later than mine.

In summary, this stop offers fantastic food and exceptional beer, making it a top choice for burger and beer enthusiasts. However, there is room for improvement in service quality, which could make the dining experience truly exceptional.

Food here are very nice, but the service is bad and price is expensive.

We went there last Sunday. Since we have no reservation, we can only sit outside.

My colleague order a salad, but the waitress forgot to bring salad sauce.

Besides, the table out side has less service and dark. I attach the picture for the burger I ordered.😮‍💨 the environment ruined such a beautiful burger, I cannot enjoy on it.

For the poor environment and service still has coperto and service fee.🫣

Niente da dire sulla qualità e la bontà dei panini, ma ho fin troppo da dire sulla sicurezza per le persone che hanno specifiche esigenze alimentare. Ieri ho ordinato un panino da Deliveroo, servito con contorno di patatine. C'era l'opzione senza glutine/senza lattosio così ho effettuato l'ordine prendendo un panino senza glutine.

L'opzione c'era, quindi si presumeva fosse safe. Purtroppo così non era.

Non sono stata contattata da nessuno per essere avvisata del fatto che ci fossero ingredienti contenenti glutine e che anche le patatine erano state cotte in olio contaminato. Ho chiamato io, per essere sicura, perché un allergico sospetta di non potersi fidare di nessuno.

Così, dopo aver speso 20€ di panino, ho sentito solo una montagna di scuse, tra le quali brilla senza dubbio la seguente: "il pane era senza glutine, non ci siamo mai espressi sull'interno del panino".

Ho preso la macchina, speso soldi di benzina dopo aver già pagato la spedizione di deliveroo e sono arrivata fino al locale per farmi sostituire l'ordine.

Naturalmente, invece di avere rivolte delle scuse per aver rischiato di finire in pronto soccorso con uno shock anafilattico, ho avuto in cambio altre scuse e tentativi di giustificazione.
