Der Richard ist ein Original. Bei ihm muss man eine Bratwurst gegessen haben. Interessant ist es auch, ihm bei der Arbeit zuzusehen. Er kann drei Bestellungen gleichzeitig bearbeiten: vorbereiten, braten, garnieren, kassieren und sich mit dem Gästen in mehreren Sprachen unterhalten. Schaut unbedingt bei ihm vorbei. Selbstverständlich schmeckt‘s auch und man wird gut satt.

Beste Hirsch-Bratwurst überhaupt! Ein absoluter Pflichtstopp am Stilfser Joch! Die Hirsch-Bratwurst im knusprigen Vinschgauer Brötchen, serviert mit würzigem Senf und Sauerkraut, ist einfach unschlagbar – ein Geschmackserlebnis der Extraklasse. Ich fahre gerne 800 km in den Süden, nur um hier wieder einzukehren. Kein Südtirol-Besuch ohne einen Halt bei Richards Bratwurst! Selbst unser Hund war...
