Yes, traditional food… in my opinion really average-low, in terms of quality! The soup I had was very salty and the fried antipasti was very oily and heavy. The staff acted very rudely and entitled by spoiling a delicious cake we brought after we were told to bring it, as they couldn't provide one. The lady stored it in the fridge and when I found out by the end of the dinner and asked why, she kept insisting many times that she didn't bother to put it in the freezer and that it didn't matter, even though I requested and specified her 2 times. Goodness what a lovely place to eat and spend some time!!! The small town of San Martino al Cimino is very near to Viterbo. This lovely restaurant has wonderful views over the countryside. And the service is friendly and welcoming too!!! We had a plate each of a really tasty pasta dish with cheese and pepper and the pasta too was home made. What stunning food!!! And for only 50 Euro for 2 of us including a beer each and then coffee to follow the value for money too is exceptional. If you are in the area do not miss this lovely family run restaurant...oh and the speciality of the house is a plate of cold meats and cheeses ALL local products and all...

Riguardo all'antipasto di terra 6 fette di salumi e due di formaggio anche se non è in menu dieci euro è sicuramente inadeguato e alle nostre titubanze non avresti dovuto replicare ma prendere atto e migliorare...è ovvio che per te è molto difficile visto che rispondi alle recensioni sgarbatamente e presuntuosamente. Riguardo alle birre, la tua cameriera con capelli neri ha esplicitamente detto che avete solo birre alla spina quindi il problema è di comunicazione tra voi. SERVIZIO 2 euro...che dire stiamo parlando del medioevo dove questa voce nel menu era per quelli che nei locali usava tavoli per mangiare pietanze portate da casa...e tu ancora sei in quell'epoca ,oltretutto fai pulire la bocca con tovaglioli di carta ,nei locali di altri livelli il servizio non si paga perchè è compreso nel conto. Un ultima cosa e forse la più importante, la puzza di fritto. Dici di aver spento le cappe perchè avevamo freddo ....questa è proprio bella..nelle tue risposte alle recensioni,devo dedurre che metti in bocca ai clienti parole non dette perchè noi non abbiamo assolutamente detto questa cosa e se qualcuno in sala l'avesse detta, normalmente si accende il condizionatore ,no si spengono le cappe. Le cappe vanno pulite e revisionate costantemente , tu mi hai detto che se guardo il servizio 2 euro non posso stappare una birra da 20 euro...io invece dico che il guadagno che hai con il servizio ALMENO cambiaci i filtri delle cappe, altro che km 0 come ti vanti tanto ..perche quella cena mi è costata 30 euro in più per portare il giubbotto in lavanderia.
