Da Lauro — Restaurant in Vittorio Veneto

We had an outstanding experience at Da Lauro last evening. Everything was perfect. The restaurant is a gem located in a beautiful town in the foothills of the Italian Alps in prosecco country. The service was attentive and efficient without being overwhelming and the staff was extremely fluent in english as well as italian. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. There were a very good variety of dishes available. We particularly loved the sesame encrusted tuna dish which we ordered which was outstanding. The house wines were very very good as well. Best food so far on this Italian trip and we’ve been eating in Valpo Challa and Treviso. Excellent service great wine good service good value our waiter was Antonio. He made some great suggestions for things to try.. ham and pear starter was excellent. Main course of cod very tasty. And we have the spaghetti with the rabbit Ragout .

One of the best meals i have had in Italy and that is saying something!! Some friends and I were staying in Vittorio Veneto and our airbnb host recommend Da Lauro for a a late dinner.
