Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We got into our room to find it oppressively hot and tried getting the AC to work for 10 minutes, to no avail. When we called the reception to inform them, they told us that the A/C in the whole building wasn’t working. I’m not sure why instead of informing us, they let us figure it out for ourselves and waste our time trying to get it to work.

The wifi also was completely non-functional. It wasn’t just slow or spotty; it did not work at all. We were relying on it to check into our flight so we had to purchase additional data in order to do that.

In addition, our flight was early in the morning so we had to leave the hotel by 6am. The hotel receptionist had informed us that they could have a to-go box available for us at that time. (We did not request this, we assumed it was too early but he volunteered this information and insisted that it was possible). When we went to retrieve it that morning, the receptionist in the morning informed us that actually, no, it would not be possible. We would have had no problem if it was too early for breakfast, but they gave us incorrect information so we were not able to make alternate arrangements. When we confronted them about all these issues, especially the lack of communication, the receptionist off-handedly said “so sorry” and then continued on with charging our credit card.

Finally, to top it all off, he also made us late to the airport in the morning when charging us the city tax. He attempted to charge our credit card twice, said that it didn’t work and then when we finally tried cash instead, he spent several minutes finding change. Upon checking our credit card statement, we discovered that we actually had been charged twice for the tax, in addition to the cash we paid. We only could laugh at this point because nothing else could surprise us from them at this point.

The hotel clearly was once very luxurious, with king sized beds, bathrooms entirely of marble, etc. but none of that matters when it’s too hot to sleep, you can’t access the internet, and they make you late to the airport. It also felt pretty outdated and the room didn’t feel as clean as you would expect.

Most importantly, it is clear that the management of this establishment is entirely incompetent. I’m not sure how it could have possibly gone any worse if they were trying to make our stay as unpleasant as possible. We are really very puzzled at the number of...

I went to this hotel sometimes ago and, literally, it was one of the worst experience I ever had in a hotel. Despite it is a 4 starts hotel, with consequent room costs, I found the room small, stinky, old and dirty, as you can see from my pictures. The breakfast choice was quite large but the quality was definitely very low, with tasteless food and fruits. The coffe and the cappuccino were of a terrible quality too that caused pain to my stomach. The real incredible thing was what happen with the “manager” of the hotel. In short: I initially booked a room for one week, then, after three days, I asked if I could extend the length of my staying for another week and the guy at the reception said “sure, no problem”. Then, the next day, I came back for paying for the additional week but the “manager” (well...a manager....) in an a absurdly arrogant way, without any justification, he started getting frustrated (probably because some of his staff caused some mess with the reservations), started complaining with me and, at the end, they invented an excuse to tell me that he didn’t have a room for me anymore. I was shocked and upset. It really, never happened to me anywhere else. You can see this “manager” in my pictures: surely the most arrogant hotel manager I ever met traveling the World. He’s definitely a damage for the hotel and my recommendation is to replace him as soon as possible. As I travel for leisure and for business pretty much, so far I visited no less than 100 hotels and, for sure, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, as you can see from my pictures, the prices for laundry and food are totally crazy. Don’t get fooled by these people and please follow my recommendations: 1) if you need a hotel, don’t go to this one, unless you are really desperate and with no other choices, 2) if you need a laundry, there are at least 4-5 within 1km in this area, 3) if you need some food, than you have an excellent supermarket right in from of this hotel. Good luck...

I went there for a dance competition. Qualifires for the world championships actually so pretty important thing. First of all they had an agreement with some clingy agency via which unfortunately our group made a reservation. The day we came they had completely different names with our number of reservation. They accomodated us anyways. That evening they called us that they have another guests with the same number of reservation so we have to pay again!!! Ok the booking agency had robberd us and we will take some actions against them BUT the hotel stuff didn't really make it easier for us. We had agreed that we will sort it out the next day (when some of our dancers were already competing!) but they didn't tell us that they are going to block all of our access cards to the rooms at 9:30 in the morning (at that time by the way we went to talk to the manager already so I really see no point)!! Our dancers who were stressed out enough only from the competition suddenly couldn't get to their dancing shoes and other things they needed for dancing!!! A BIG NO GO! But the personal and their attitude wasn't the only problem I had with the hotel. The elevators were out of order almost all the time or you had to wait at least 10 minutes. If you didn't want to wait you had to take the emergency staircase, which was disgusting. Dirty, full of rubbish and other things. And should I talk about their breakfast!? For an italian hotel I'd describe it as dishonorable! The end, I hope I never have...

Modern hotel but not family friendly. I have booked room for two adults and one child. Booking was done directly through the hotel website where it does not mention that your child up to age 12 sleeps with parents in one bed. Very disappointing. This hotel is obviously business oriented. I was offered room with three beds for extra €20 a night but there are only three rooms like that and none were available. Room was prepared for two people i.e. two cups, towels etc. There is a fridge and digital TV inside the room. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and starts from 7am. Very basic menu. Scrambled eggs frankfurters and crispy bacon. Local pastry and cakes fresh bakery. Coffee tea and fresh fruit juices. There is underground parking for guests. Behind the hotel is local superstore. Receptionists are quite rude when you complain about something. I'm not sure if we will come back again...

Simply lovleh. Very nice hotel but need a little TLC as minor repairs don't seem to be getting done IE torn seating in reception loose sockets / light switches. Also only smoking area is out front off hotel. Need out off site area as looks bad for new guest arriving. Other than that great rooms with exellent blackout curtains. Well I'm back here after 7 years. Apart from the staff it's exactly the same. Staff are still very nice and polite. The building maintenance still lacking still same issues as 7 years ago. Some would say it adds character 🤔. Coming from a maintenance background it does grate me that a lot of simple fixes are not being done. Still a nice place to stay yes I'd stay here even if I was paying.
