Sono un habituè dei ristoranti sia di livello, che di buona cucina casereccia. Ma sono rimasta FORTEMENTE SORPRESA da questo posto. Non so da quanto tempo non trovavo queste due categorie così ben miscelate. Una qualità dei piatti davvero alta, sia per quanto riguarda gli ingredienti di estremo spessore, che la rappresentazione estetico/visiva. Il tutto in concomitanza con ottimi sapori che soddisfano ampiamente il palato! Un misto di sofisticatezza, sostanza e gusto! un tris che oggi è davvero quasi introvabile!! Il proprietario e i ragazzi si esprimono con amore e rispetto nei confronti degli ingredienti e pietanze che servono... Il tutto contornato da una gentilezza ed un affabilità decisamente fuori dal comune... Purtroppo ho fotografato solo il dolce, perché la serata è stata talmente piacevole che ho preferito godermela ☺️ ma questa recensione è ampiamente meritata!!!
