Whalers Seafood Restaurant & Sports Bar — Restaurant in undefined

That 1 star is really pushing it. I have to say that this experience was the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD. The DJ was so bad and loud we couldn't talk. Obviously so loud the waitress couldn't hear what we ordered. It took a hour and a half to get a appetizer that was discusting. Then another hour to get the wrong food mind you there was one other table. It came and was far from edible ROTTEN. We did not eat it of course. And one of us didn't even get their order. At this point we notified are server. She got a manager who was Ridiculous rude and insulting. She even said , It didn't matter that we got the wrong food...and missing dinner we still had to pay the whole bill ...Even though we did not eat a bite! She even accused us of being prejudiced against black people.! PLEASE WE ARE IN JAMAICA. I have never in my life experienced such a HORRIBLE situation. We paid..100.00. For a shockingly terrible...

Stop by the Restuarant with my family today had to wait 1:45 mins to be served. Upon receiving the food, the food was cold the burgers as cold as ice the fries were soggy and cold. The chicken was raw and The Chef was not professional waitress was OK but if I had to grade your establishment after spending US$160Whalers Seafood Restaurant & Bar I would’ve given near establishment -0 and for service I would give a zero that was pretty bad. I saw people there had to walk out the chef was in front of the bar looking and talking to girls like he was a customer you have to be more professional in the system if you want to attract people I would not recommend this place whailer to anyone and I will not be eating here as long as I live. I hate to tell you, but you’re in a good location but there needs to be a manager to oversee the daily activities and make sure things are going...

We were all supposed to receive “rice and peas” as the side order for our meals. As you can see, some of us started eating without the side order, I refused to. Waitress said it coming, and it only came when we decide we are about to leave. We asked for the manager/supervisor. She said no one in charge was there. She lied, because we got the manager to speak to us after. We ordered soup, we got them cold, we ordered fries, they were cold as well. I should’ve just stayed home and ate some home cooked meal.
