The only Indian restaurant available in Aizu wakamatsu.. bit far from station. However can be reached by taxi or 20 minutes walk from the main station. They serve decent Indian food. Not that great though..but the host is very kind and humble. It's decent place with normal average prices. Ambience is ok ok so the food. They have separate dining spaces for groups of 20 also.. so enough people can be accommodated.

Best food! So much flavour. Many veggie dishes. Staff are super friendly. Set meals are well priced, but don't miss out on the naan! We took some home and the next day it was still fresh and fluffy. Rice is impeccable also. Simply some of the best Nepali/Indian I've had. Thank you.

Sitar is the best Indian restaurant in Wakamatsu! The food is authentic and the spice level can be adjusted to you taste, from Japanese level to proper Indian hot! The lunch specials are very reasonably priced and the dinner sets are still great value! The restaurant can cater from one person up to large groups in their back room. Great for parties. The dishes were tasty. When we asked before ordering, they said their food is halal. We asked them to show us if they used halal meat. They showed us that they indeed use halal meat with Halal sign on the packaging. So this restaurant is good for Muslims struggling to...
