おまかせコース3500円を頂きました。最初は前菜の盛り合わせ。つぶ貝、もずくのみょうが載せ、なすの田楽、鮭の味噌麹焼き、卵焼き、豚肉のアスパラ巻き、枝豆、少しずつ色々な物を楽しめます。長いもとイクラの和え物。次にお造り(いか、かんぱち、マクロ、タコ)。ズワイガニの茶碗蒸し、揚げ立ての川エビ、玉ねぎ、三つ葉のかき揚げがカリットサクサクしてとても美味でした。どのお料理も、素材を生かしつつお出汁が利いていて、いつ行っても美味しいお料...
