Agradeço por terem reformado e ampliado o estacionamento das bicicletas! Já tive uma experiência ruim nessa loja, onde o segurança foi bem ríspido e mandava eu estacionar a minha moto em um lugar onde não tinha espaço, pois estava cheio de bicicletas de estudantes. Imediatamente comuniquei o incidente à loja. E logo depois disso, aumentaram o estacionamento das bicicletas e trocaram a equipe de seguranças. Isso mostra respeito total da administração ao cliente. O atendimento da loja é excelente, é a minha loja preferida, a equipe é sempre gentil e atenciosa. Sempre ganhamos amostras de café e doces que irão ser lançados....
