BELLOWS BURGER | ベローズバーガー — Restaurant in Asahikawa

Got the monthly burger the porcini mushrooms burger and my partner got the bellows burger and both were absolutely delicious. We also got the crème brûlée pancakes and nothing to fault.

The porcini burger had a delicious creamy umami flavour from the porcini sauce, the bun was soft and bouncy and the chips were tasty and crispy.

The bellows burger had such a quality of ingredients and the flavours (in both burgers) paired so well. We couldn’t fault these burgers.

The crème brûlée pancakes were divine. Soft and pillowy pancakes with a berry compote that wasn’t just super sour fruit. All the flavours meshed well together and not too sweet. Best pancakes I’ve ever had so far.

The service was great as well. Very nice, polite and kind lady who served us.

I didn’t want to get a burger in Japan, it felt sacrilege as an American. A trip to Japan needed to be all about Japanese food (right?)

But consider me born again after eating the Asahikawa Wagyu Beef Burger, baptized in the locally sourced ingredients, delicious melty cheesy, peppery beefy goodness with just the right amount of sauce and pickles.

Hands down the best burger I have ever had.

First visit , impression the view ( couch ) is relaxing. The tables are all well placed and spacious. Looking at the menu all sorts of various burgers ( beef , pork , fish and even lamb !!) in all different ways . I ordered the special smash burger triple style and my wife had the lambs burger. Next to the super friendly staff the burgers were delicious and tasty. I am sure there are other burger restaurants around in Asahikawa. But this one surely had all great spot , great seats and delicious food. All in all worth...
