Always a line when you’re visiting Ramen Village. Standing in the frigid cold was no joke, so we were really relieved after a “short” 20min wait. The interior is actually very small. Pro-tip - remove your thick coats when you move to the “inside queue”. I went for the Shio, while wife and son ordered the Sapporo-style miso-based ramen. We also ordered two additional sides of gyozas. The ramen portions are big and very flavourful. Miso-base be a bit salty for some who prefer a cleaner taste.

旭川でラーメンを堪能する為に有名店が集まるラーメン村へいきました。 お昼頃いったのですがここだけ行列ができておりその流れにのり入店。 店内は町の中華屋さん的な雰囲気でした。 メニューは、ラーメンが豊富で私は醤油と味噌を比べたくてハーフサイズをオーダー。 味噌派でしたが、ここは完全に醤油。 今までで一番美味しい。

The ramen restaurant with the longest an biggest waiting queue outside. That must be good! Yes it was good, but the soy sauce flavoured ramen wasn't that special from other places I have been. I don't think it was worth the waiting, neither the gyoza was specially good. The place is clean and good...
