The food was a little pricey but consistently good across the various items we had - tempura, kaisendon, chawanmushi.

Although the staff had generally limited English, they were extremely friendly and welcoming, provided us with an English menu, and tried their best to introduce the food.

接客が最悪、観光で大分に行ったのですが、ベテランの受付の人に追い返されました。

私が駐車してる際に、嫁が席が空いているか受付に確認にすると、忙しいのか、「今満席です案内できません」と言われすぐに去っていきました。 店の中に居た数名の待ちのお客からも、「あんな言い方しなくてもいいのにね」と慰めてもらい車に戻って来ました。 その時点で帰れば良かったのですが、 満席だったら待てばいいかと思い、家内と一緒に店の中で、待ちのお客の後ろに並んでいたら、しばらくして、また同じベテランスタッフが現れて、「並ばれると迷惑です」と言い出したので、「満席はわかったから待ってるんですけど、予約表とかの案内無いけど、次誰が順番かわかってる」と聞くと、ベテランスタッフが外に「満席」って看板出してるから案内出来ないと言い出しました。 その後、先に並んでいたお客さんと私達は店から追い出されました。 入口にあるイスは何のためにあるのでしょうか？ 満席の時に待つ為じゃないんですね

そもそも説明不足も良いところですし、お客を取らないなら営業終了って書かないと分からないですよね。

料理は評価良さそうで、期待したのですが、、、でも二度と行きません。

観光の人は満席の際は追い返されるので、気をつけて下さい。時間を無駄にします。
