I visited on a weekday, and there was no line, so the food came out quickly, which was a plus. As a fan of Japanese gyoza, I was excited by the positive reviews, but maybe my expectations were too high. The gyoza were tasty but fairly standard compared to other places. The dumplings were average-sized by Japanese standards, but the price was a bit higher than usual—likely because it’s located inside a mall. ②前回は１年前ですが期間限定・カレー冷やし中華の酷評を書いてしまったがもう一度キッチリお店を評価したいと思い再来店しました。結果☆2→☆3に評価を上げてます。海老ワンタン麺1100円と半チャーハン450円(いずれも税別）をたのみました。半チャーハンは普通過ぎる。悪くはないが有名店にしてはレベルが高くないなって思いました。海老ワンタンメンはスープが好みじゃない。日本のラーメン店のスープの方が馴染めるし美味い。紅虎～のラーメンスープは本場中国人好みの味ではないか？中国人が食べるために用意されたメニューに感じられた。スープが変に甘味を含むんだよね。うっすらとなんだけど気になるんですよね。ちょっとすすっただけで飽きてしまう味だ。でも完食しましたので一応報告します。ワンタンは普通に美味しいけどこれも日本人好みのとは外れるかも…。それでも前回のカレー冷やし中華～に比べれば全然マシです。だから☆3の普通評価に上げたのです。

①涼麺・茄子とトマトのカレー冷やし麺1210円税込を食べた。看板の写真と実物が大違い。何が違うかと言えば実物がパクチー🌿だらけであり茄子とトマトが主役の麺には到底見えません。私はパクチーが大の苦手なので最悪のランチになってしまいました。香ばしく焼かれた茄子だけはとても美味しいと思いました。トマトはただ入ってるだけでなんの工夫も感じられなかった。残念なのは麺と野菜とピリ辛なスープがバラバラでうまく調和できてないことです。今回はメニューの選択を間違えました。⭐️2評価にしましたが違うメニューだったら違った評価になっていたでしょう。施設、接客などは特に...
