Inohanatei — Restaurant in Chiba

コロナの影響で暫くお店を

閉めていましたが営業が 再開されたので訪問しました。😺

白玉きな粉を注文。

白玉は柔らかくて蜜ときな粉を

良く絡めて食べると口の中に 白玉の美味しさが広がる😋

お茶🍵も熱めの淹れ具合で 口の中がサッパリ。

店内の壁にはちい散歩で有名だった

地井武男さんのサインと写真が 飾ってありました。

いのはな亭のお店は周囲の風景に

溶け込んでいてなかなかの趣きを 感じさせます。😺

晴れた日はお庭で和菓子や餅などを 食べてみたい。

美味しい白玉きな粉、ご馳走さまでした😸🙇‍♀️

次に訪問したら餡蜜とか食べてみようかな😺

The shop was closed for a while due to the influence of Corona, but I visited it because it was reopened. 😺

I ordered Shiratama Kinako.

Shiratama is soft and entwined with honey and soybean flour, and when eaten, the deliciousness of shiratama spreads in your mouth 😋

The tea 🍵 is also hot and the mouth is refreshing.

The wall inside the store was decorated with the signature and photo of Takeo Chii, who was famous for his small walks.

The shop of Inohana-tei blends in with the surrounding scenery and makes you feel quite tasteful. 😺

On a clear day, I want to eat Japanese sweets and rice cakes in the garden.

Delicious shiratama soybean flour, a treat. 😸🙇‍♀️

The next time I visit, I'll try eating anmitsu....

There is a small seating area inside, but it’s mostly outdoors. There aren’t many seats. However, the food is delicious, and the owner provides excellent service. Personally, I recommend the Inohana rice dumpling in a sweet red bean...

This is one of my favorite spots in all Japan. When I was in Chiba doing a 3 month internship I often got the Dango Set. It's one of my favorite memories eating the most delicious dango and enjoying the sun on one of the wooden banks....
