A very pleasant Korean bbq restaurant with good and tasty meat. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with the service during our visit. After we ordered the first course and the drinks, we unfortunately had to wait a little until the first course arrived. The first drinks arrived much later than the food. I don't really know this from other restaurants. The drinks usually come before the food. We ordered the second course later and had to wait about an hour for it. We were reminded of our order three times, after the third time the order came within 5 minutes. We noticed that the tables had not been cleared and therefore assume that one or two service staff were probably absent. We were probably just unlucky. But the food...

『和牛の旨さとサービスのギャップ』

特選和牛大将軍 プレナ幕張店は、和牛の美味しさを堪能できる一方で、サービス面にはやや改善の余地を感じました。特に、ロースターで焼かれた和牛はその肉質の良さが際立ち、口に入れた瞬間、柔らかく広がる旨味が印象的です。食事自体は価格に見合った美味しさで、特に和牛の質にこだわる方には満足できる内容です。

しかし、サービスに関しては少しがっかりする場面もありました。例えば、お酒のおかわりで「なか」を頼んだ際、なかを注ぐグラスをスタッフが下げようとした時には、「どうやって飲むのか」と思わず感じました。似たような気になる点が多々あり、1人あたり約15,000円くらいでしたが、このようなサービスでは期待に及びません。ただし、素晴らしい対応をしてくれるスタッフもいたので、タイミングによるものかもしれません。

全体的に、料理は美味しかったものの、サービスのばらつきが少し目立った印象です。和牛を楽しむ目的で訪れる価値は十分にありますが、サービスに関してはあまり期待しすぎない方が良いかもしれません。
