We got here 20 minutes early and there was a long line. We came early to get a table, avoiding traditional Japanese "on the floor seating" which I find uncomfortable.
Our order was taken immediately, and the food arrived within 20 minutes.
I got the Katsu Don (medium) and my husband got a Fatty Pork dish (large).
The intention was for my husband to eat his dinner, then half of mine (standard for us). Neither of us could finish the portion we expected.
The food was fresh well cooked and delicious.
