On a whim, we decided to check out this cute restaurant / Cafe. I am so glad that we did. Upon entering there is an ordering kiosk / screen. There were language options but they aren't necessary since it's easy to figure out by selecting the pictures of the food. We selected Ramen, gyoza, and a couple of drinks. Everything was extremely good. The food is the kind that you dream about after leaving... so good. The interior gives a comfy vibe and had a few tables along with a counter area for eating. I liked the decor and the whole atmosphere was one of comfy warmth.

Excellent. This is a Ramen noodles restaurant but seems a nostalgic coffee shop, good atmosphere anyway. Ramen noodles are so lovely. Tasty soup, medium thick wavy noodles are a bit chewy but very smooth. Finished quickly, and ordered to dilute the soup with broth. This is the first time for me that they reheated the soup and served it hot… fantastic. Pay to the ticket machine to get in. If you pay by PayPay, ask the staff. Car parking lot is available.

昨年末に初めて「かめや」のラーメンを食べ、今回は3回目です。 お店の雰囲気にもやっと慣れて、ゆっくり店内を見てみると ラーメンに使用されている食材について書かれた物が目につきます。 読んでみると、食材は出来るだけ信州産を使用しているだけでなく ラーメンの種類によって、麺に使用する小麦粉の種類まで変えているようです。 煮卵に使われている卵は、「漢方卵」という漢方薬を混ぜた餌を食べている鶏の卵を使っていて、黄身の味がとても濃くて美味しいです。 ラーメンのスープは、魚介系&動物系のブレンドで、あっさりしているのにこくがあって 最初は味が薄い気がしますが、食べ進めていくうちに旨味が強くなり 味の薄さを感じなくなります。 前回2回は、さらしなラーメンを食べ、今回は さらしなラーメンをベースにチャーシューを増量したチャーシュー麺をいただきましたが 脂身の少ない赤身を使用していて、しつこさは全く無く、でも柔らかく煮込まれています。 昔の中華そばとは違いますが、今 主流のこってり系と比べると、かなりあっさりしていますが、その中にしっかりした旨味とこくがある、美味しいラーメンです。 高齢者にも、優しいラーメンだと思います。
