Seafood BBQ "Mekiki-no-Ginji" Chiryu Station — Restaurant in Chiryu

Food : Taste is not bad. Various choices in the menu to choose from. Don't know if it's rare but it was my first time to try whale meat here.

Place : There is enough space for a big group. You can feel some comfortable and privacy as there are partitions separating each table. Smoking is permitted and not well ventilation system. If you hate smoking or allergic to it. Avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Staff: Okay service. For foreigner. Staff cannot understand english but there is english in the menu with pictures so not difficult to order at all. After your first order. They'll give you a touch screen equipment. You can easily make an order from that thing without calling the staff again.

Price : Normal rate. Not over...

English: I recently visited Seafood BBQ “Mekiki-no-Ginji” at Chiryu Station. The interior design caught my eye with its charming decor, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the ambiance. I ordered the fish set with grill, and while it looked promising, the flavors were quite underwhelming. The service felt off too—the waiters seemed exhausted and uninterested, which detracted from the overall experience. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Italiano: Recentemente sono stato al Seafood BBQ “Mekiki-no-Ginji” alla stazione di Chiryu. L’interior design è davvero carino e accogliente, ma purtroppo il cibo non è all’altezza dell’atmosfera. Ho preso il set di pesce con la griglia: sembrava invitante, ma i sapori sono stati decisamente deludenti. Anche il servizio non è stato dei migliori, poiché i camerieri sembravano stanchi e svogliati, rovinando l’esperienza complessiva. Purtroppo, non ci tornerò.

Deutsch: Ich habe kürzlich das Seafood BBQ “Mekiki-no-Ginji” am Chiryu Bahnhof besucht. Das Interieur besticht durch ein ansprechendes Design, doch leider hat das Essen nicht überzeugt. Ich bestellte das Fisch-Set mit Grill, das zwar vielversprechend aussah, jedoch geschmacklich enttäuschte. Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig – die Kellner wirkten müde und unmotiviert, was das Gesamterlebnis negativ beeinflusste. Leider werde ich nicht wiederkommen.

Le design intérieur est charmant et bien pensé, mais malheureusement, la qualité des plats n’est pas à la hauteur. ランチ時、知立駅北口に降りてたまたま看板が目に入り、お刺身を食べたかったので入る事にしました。1240くらいでしたが店内はほぼ満席でした。 ホールを担当する店員さんは1〜2名と言った感じで注文を頼むのにも大変だなと思いました。 他のテーブルには呼び出しボタンがありましたが、私のテーブルにはありませんでした。 たまたま同じタイミングで店内に入った男子グループが隣席だったので彼らの注文を聞きに来た時に一緒に頼みました。そこまで10分くらい待ったように思います。 そこまではよくある事だったのですが、料理が全然出てこない。30分くらい経ち、気がつくと店内は1/3くらいの客数になっていてさすがにと遅すぎると思い近くに来た店員さんに「注文通ってる？」って尋ねると「はい、すみません」との事。それからまた10分くらい待ったように思います。10分で食べましたが、結局入店から退店まで1時間いました。

「まぐろの4色丼（1000円）」みたいなメニューを頼みましたが、申し訳ないけど時間がかかるメニューに思えないのですが、何がどうしてあんなに時間がかかったのかが分かりません。 店員の子は申し訳なさそうに「遅れてすみません」とは言っていたけど、彼女ってよりはお店に不信感を持ちました。

お刺身は美味しかったです。魚をウリにしたお店でこの値段ならまあまあ満足でしたが、一緒に出てきたお味噌汁が冷めてました。嫌がらせされているのかと疑うほど。 レジで店員さんに話そうかと思いましたが、もう二度と来ることはないので期待する事も諦めてしまいました。

あとは昼のみが出来るので、仲間同士で飲み放題で飲むお客さんは声が大きくなるようでした。ただランチしたい人には耳障りに感じると思います。
