Wonderful!! We went for lunch. We had a 3/4 unagi set, with pickles, salad, and soup, and the Japanese pork casserole set. Both amazing. They bring their eels in live and prepare them from scratch at the restaurant. I've never had such moist, plump, flavoursome unagi. Turned up 830pm for a late dinner for 2 after arriving on delayed flight into CTS - one other diner finishing up. One man show expertly handled our set meals. Unagi is cooked differently with a crispier skin and less sauce (sometimes it otherwise feels/tastes overbearing). Had the set with soba which was equally crafted to a chewy perfection.
