J.S. Burgers Cafe LaLaport Ebina — Restaurant in Ebina

My experience started with the waitress assuming that I didn't know enough Japanese to know what number she was calling, so she invited herself to my baby's stroller to pick up my number without permission while I was telling her my number in Japanese. My wife's food came out slow and cold. Mine came out hot but the waitress put her hands on my burger right before she brought it to me. The preparers wore gloves, but she just lifted my top bun bare handed to verify what it was I guess. My burger was good but extremely oily. That one waitress is enough to keep me from going back....

Burger was excellent! Just the right amount of food especially if you want dessert afterwards. JS Burger was seasoned wonderfully. No need for ketchup or mustard unless you just want it. It also comes with fries or you can get a set that would come with a drink. Approximate cost 1300 yen with food tax. Service was wonderful. Always with a smile. Food was prompt. Only wanted more refills on water. I don't think they noticed I drank it so...

As always, I enjoyed their salad and burger, probably the best tasting burger I could recommend. I would rate it a 5 if they had a better way of calling the staff when you're ready to order, like a push button, as the layout of the restaurant is L-shaped, and that if you're seated at the narrow row, then staff wouldn't see you until they deliver something to a nearby customer, or if you deliberately go to their place to get...
