Sawano Fuji — Restaurant in Fuji

In the Sawano Fuji restaurant we were able to try the Tokujou Sushi menu directly on the counter. Hence, we were able to observe the creation of the food which was a nice experience together with the delicious sushi. The sushi came together with an appetizer, miso soup, matcha and mochi. Every component on its own was really tasty making it to the best sushi I tried so far. The highlight was the pleasant atmosphere we were welcomed in.
