McDonald's Fujisawa Karasawa is located along Route 312, an arterial road running through the Karasawa and Namikidai areas of Fujisawa. Although it is an easy stop for locals, it is not directly accessible when coming from the direction of Enoshima on Route 312. If you are coming from the direction of Enoshima on Route 312, you will need to detour on a nearby road or make a U-turn at the Muraoka Fire Station intersection. 店長さんだと思いますが、配慮、対応、言葉遣い、とにかく素晴らしいです。彼が1人ホールにいるだけで、客がごった返したりが起こりません。列待ちも上手に誘導、待ちに無駄がないよう注文内容や何待ちかも確認してくださるし、できたフードもササッと運んでくださったり。子連れで手一杯のときなど気が付かないうちにできたものをカウンターから持ってきてくださってホントに感謝です。 この方の他のお客さんへの対応を聞いてるだけで心地よくなるほどの接客レベルです。接客の見本みたいな方です。

最近ドライブスルーの渋滞緩和を頑張っているようです。車列を2列にして店員さんが外でオーダー確認と金額提示。スムースになって混んでるようでも予想外に早く受け取れるようになりました。 また、ドライブスルー渋滞で店に入るために駐車場に入るのも以前は渋滞に並ばないとだったのですが、店内利用用にもう1例分開けて誘導してくれているので、駐車場までドライブスルー待ちに巻き込まれず入れるようになりました。
