Fresh fish chicken soup noodles Sawamura — Restaurant in Fujisawa

This ramen is leaps and bounds ahead of any american (I'm from the US) ramen today. I don't know what kind of magic spell the chef casts over his ingredients, or, what kind of black magic deal he made with the devil to produce such an incredible depth of flavor. I usually get the fish broth. It's incredible. The flavor is so rich. And, it's a fish based broth so it doesn't have that nasty pork fat broth consistency most ramen has....

今回のお店は【鮮魚鶏出汁麺 沢むら】さん。 藤沢にありますは、地元民に愛された行列を成すラーメンのお店。

お店の外観や内観は町のお寿司屋さんって感じですね。 ラーメン自体は鶏出汁、魚出汁、貝出汁と守備範囲が広い。

時刻は12時半ごろ。 駅からはかなり離れていまして、歩くと20分くらい。 車でお店に来る人が多いようで、専用の駐車場の他にも、近くのコインパーキングまでの地図があったりします。

私は【ちらし麺 松】をオーダー。 ちらし麺は、簡単に言うとちらし寿司の麺バージョン。圧巻のビジュアルを一目見たく、迷わずオーダー。

ですが、他の方も口コミで書かれていましたが、ほとんどの人がラーメンを頂いていましたね。地元の方は沢むらさんといえばラーメン！って感じなんですかね。まぁ、遠目で見ててめちゃくちゃ旨そうだったので、駅から遠くても関係ないんでしょうね。

しばし待っているとちらし麺到着。 いやぁ、美しい。見た目は完全に海鮮丼。ちらし寿司。ですが、混ぜるとムチムチの麺登場。旨そう。やばい。
