I got myself the pork & shrimp tonkatsu set. The pork cutlets seemed a bit greasy but still good. The rest of the dinner set was perfectly made.

At the entrance, you have to make all your choices using a touchscreen system, and pay right then & there. The machine can be put to English, although "text in pictures" remains in Japanese. It's perfectly legible and I was able to make my choice in no time.

Upon entering the main restaurant, you would give your ticket to a waitress/waiter, and be seated somewhere. You can pick drink from the drink bar (which is all-Japanese again)

種池店との比較になります。 味・サービスはチェーン店ですので大きな差はありません。 ですが、スタッフさんの対応は種池店と比較すると全員ではないですが、大きく劣ります。 立地上こちらの店舗を利用する事が多く、やよい軒というのはこの程度の接客が普通で、企業としてその様に教育してるんだな、まあコスパ求めた店だしな…と思っていましたが、たまたま種池店に行ったらあまりの差に愕然とした為、投稿させて頂きます。

土地柄学生バイトが多いのかはわかりませんが、客からしたらそんなものは関係ないです。嫌なら違うお仕事を探せばいいのです。 大体のスタッフさんは、最低限の接客マナー程度の対応ですので、こちらの店を利用する際には、出来の悪い配膳ロボットの中に少数、人間のスタッフさんがいる程度に思って行くと、ガチャを引く感覚で楽しめるかもしれません。
