Randomly picked a place to eat and somehow stumbled upon another hidden gem! The chef wears all the hats—he’s the cashier, bartender, server, and even the dishwasher. He’s running around non-stop, yet still manages to whip up insanely delicious food with perfect timing. What kind of magic is this?!

Btw, the risotto was such a pleasant surprise! I love vegetables, so when I saw the asparagus risotto swimming in a luscious green sauce, I was immediately sold. I took a bite, and it was so hearty and refreshing. The fish was crispy, fresh, and cooked to perfection. Another one of my favorite dishes was the Italian rice ball with cheese, the pickled carrots on the side added a burst of flavor and helped cut through the richness. The rice ball itself was absolutely delicious—better than the best we had in Italy.
