見たところ老夫婦お二人で経営されておられる、昔ながらのケーキ屋さんです。 皆さんシフォンケーキが美味しいと仰っておられますのでそれ目当てで行きましたが残念ながらその日は置いてありませんでした。 オススメの札が付いていた「ケニアロール」という見た目チョコロールのケーキを購入。 勝手にふわっふわのスポンジをイメージしていましたが、ずっしり・しっとりしたパウンドケーキ風の生地で、ロールケーキとしては初体験の食感でした。 最近のロールケーキは生クリームを食べるのがメインで、美味しいけど物足りないって事が多いですけど、こちらはとても食べ応えがあります。 ちょっと大人には甘めかな？という感じもありますが、子供は学校帰りのおやつに美味しいと喜んでくれました。 今時の味とは違うかもしれませんが、他の似たり寄ったりのケーキ屋さんでは頂けないようなここだけの味です。 バタークリームも食べてみたいので、今度はホール...
