This restaurant’s specialty is their Mizutaki 水炊き, a nabe type dish with a chicken broth base. Once you finish the nabe, they bring out the zosui 雑炊 - rice boiled in the chicken broth with egg and a sprinkling of seaweed added on top. We also had sashimi, individual side dishes, dashi tamagoyaki, karaage, and dessert too. Everything was beautiful and delicious!
